Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification (Essential)

  • MBA (Finance / Systems / Operations / Hospital Administration) OR
  • B.Pharm OR
  • B.Tech.

2. Post-Qualification Experience

  • Deputy Manager: Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or in relevant area as specified in the tasks for the position. Preference for experience in Pharma / Diagnostic Laboratory operations.
  • Assistant Manager: Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or relevant area.

3. Age Limit

  • Deputy Manager: Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2026.
  • Assistant Manager: Maximum 37 years as on 01.01.2026.
  • The crucial date for determining age limit is same as the cut-off date for calculating qualification and post-qualification experience.

4. Other Eligibility Conditions

  • Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

Job Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems.
  • Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits as per approved audit plan.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, statutory regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify system gaps or weaknesses and recommend corrective improvements.
  • Document audit observations and present findings to management.
  • Support special assignments including investigations and management reviews.
  • Audit Pharmacy / Diagnostic Laboratory operations.
  • Work on Quality Control, Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance.
