Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary from a recognized Board or its equivalent Examination
- Computer Qualification (Any One):
- O Level or Higher Level certificate course conducted by DOEACC under Department of Electronics, Government of India
- Certificate course on Computer Concept by NIELIT, New Delhi
- Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate under National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science/Computer Application from a university established by law in India or recognized institution
- Senior Secondary Certificate with Computer Science/Computer Application as one of the subjects
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognized by the Government
- Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited
- Any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the government
- Additional Requirement: Knowledge of working in Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture
- Desirable: Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the course which constitutes the educational qualification may also apply, but must submit proof of passing before appearing in Phase-II Typing Test
- Ex-Servicemen: Ex-servicemen who have equivalent certificate after 15 years of military service can apply. They should mention 'Not Applicable' in roll number and select Grade 'N' while filling educational qualification
Salary/Stipend
- Salary will be as per 7th Pay Commission, Pay Matrix Level-5
- During probation period of two years, fixed monthly remuneration will be paid as determined by the State Government
- During probation, no allowances like HRA, DA, Urban Compensation Allowance, Special Pay etc. will be payable
- After successful completion of probation period and training, pay scale and other allowances will be payable as per rules
- Other facilities and leave during probation will be as per Rajasthan Service Rules as amended from time to time
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2027)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/OBC/MBC Male candidates (Rajasthan domicile): 5 years
- General Category Female candidates: 5 years
- SC/ST/OBC/MBC Female candidates (Rajasthan domicile): 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 15 years (maximum upper age limit 50 years, 55 years for posts requiring lower experience)
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 5 years (in addition to category relaxation)
- Widow and Divorcee women: No age limit (subject to retirement age)
- Additional 1 year relaxation for RPSC, Administrative Reforms Department positions (as no recruitment in 2024)
- Additional 3 years relaxation for Rajasthan Pollution Control Board and Board of Secondary Education positions (as no recruitment in last 3 years)
Application Fee
- This is One Time Registration (OTR) fee to be paid once through SSO Portal
- Candidates who have already paid OTR fee need not pay again
- Payment can be made through authorized e-Mitra kiosks, CSC, Net Banking, ATM cum Debit Card, and Credit Card
- Candidates from other states/UTs belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS categories will be considered as General category and must pay General category fee

Selection Process
- Phase I: Two objective type written papers (3 hours each, 100 marks each)
- Paper 1: General Knowledge, Daily Science and Mathematics
- Paper 2: General Hindi and English
- Phase II: Computer Typing Test (For non-disabled candidates only)
- Hindi Typing on Computer: Speed Test (10 min - 25 marks) + Efficiency Test (10 min - 25 marks)
- English Typing on Computer: Speed Test (10 min - 25 marks) + Efficiency Test (10 min - 25 marks)
- Disabled candidates will be awarded average marks obtained in Phase I
- Minimum Qualifying Marks (Phase I): 40% in each paper (35% for SC/ST candidates - 5% relaxation)
- Minimum Qualifying Marks (Phase II): 36% in each test (31% for SC/ST candidates - 5% relaxation)
- Only candidates scoring minimum 40% in both papers of Phase I and ranking within 3 times the number of vacancies will be called for Phase II
- Final merit will be based on combined marks of Phase I and Phase II
- Exam will be conducted in offline (OMR based) mode
- Normalization process will be applied if exam is conducted in multiple shifts
- Negative marking: 1/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
General Information/Instructions
- Candidates must be Indian citizens or persons of Nepali, Bhutanese origin, or Tibetan refugees who came to India before 01-01-1962, or persons of Indian origin from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries who migrated permanently to India
- Candidates must have good mental and physical health
- Character certificate from Principal/Educational Officer of last educational institution attended is mandatory
- Two character certificates from responsible persons (not relatives) issued not earlier than 6 months from application date are required
- Police verification certificate regarding conduct must be submitted at the time of appointment
- Medical fitness certificate from competent authority must be submitted at the time of appointment
- Marriage registration certificate is mandatory as per Government circular dated 22-05-2006
- Candidates already in government service must submit No Objection Certificate from their employer
- Pension scheme will be applicable as per State Government rules
- Disqualifications:
- Male candidates having more than one living wife
- Female candidates who married a person having a living wife
- Married candidates who accepted dowry at the time of marriage
- Candidates having more than 2 children after 01-06-2002 (with certain exceptions)
- Special facilities for visually impaired, locomotor disability candidates: Scribe facility and compensatory time as per rules
- UDID Card is mandatory for Divyang candidates
- Debarred candidates cannot apply during the debarment period
- The Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022 will be strictly enforced with stringent punishments including imprisonment up to 3 years and fine up to Rs. 1 lakh for candidates, and up to 10 years imprisonment and fine up to Rs. 10 crore for others involved in unfair means

- Step 2: Select Citizen Apps (G2C) and choose Recruitment Portal
- Step 3: Complete One Time Registration (OTR) if not done already by paying prescribed fee
- Step 4: Enter CET (Senior Secondary)-2024 Application Number for verification
- Step 5: Fill the online application form carefully with all required details
- Step 6: Upload required documents:
- Live photograph (captured during OTR - auto-fetched)
- Scanned signature in Hindi and English
- Left hand thumb impression
- Educational qualification documents
- Step 7: Preview the application and verify all details
- Step 8: Final Submit the application
- Step 9: Note down the Application ID for future reference
- Offline applications will NOT be accepted under any circumstances

- Information in OTR cannot be changed except through RPSC for educational qualification
- Correction facility will be provided for 3 days after application closing date (fee: Rs. 300/-)
- One more final correction opportunity will be given approximately 1 month before examination (fee applicable)
