1. Educational Qualification

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Corporate Relations & Account Development
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate recruiters, with a strong focus on South India (IT/ITeS, Analytics, Manufacturing, Start-ups, Consulting, and emerging sectors).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, and business heads.
- Position the institute effectively to create sustainable hiring pipelines across functions and roles.
Placement Outreach & Market Expansion
- Drive maximum outreach initiatives including corporate visits, virtual connects, leadership interactions, and hiring conversations.
- Collaborate with the Head – Placements on strategic outreach plans and regional market penetration.
- Track industry hiring trends and align outreach strategy to market demand.
Placement Execution Support
- Support end-to-end placement processes including role scoping, JDs finalisation, student shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer closures.
- Ensure timely communication and seamless experience for recruiters during placement processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including faculty, placement committee, and student cohorts.
- Coordinate with regional counterparts (North, West, East) to ensure consistency in recruiter experience and institutional messaging.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of corporate engagement, outreach status, hiring pipelines, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership review.
