Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Senior Accountant / Branch Manager: Graduate having minimum Seven years experience in Banking/NBFC OR Retired banker below the age of 62 years.
  • Junior Accountant / Assistant Branch Manager: Graduate having minimum Five years experience in Banking/NBFC.
  • Senior Clerk: Commerce Graduate having minimum two years experience in Banking/NBFC. Candidates with MBA in Finance & Marketing will be preferred.
  • Clerk-cum-Cashier / Field Supervisor: Commerce Graduate with computer training of six months. Candidates with MBA in Finance & Marketing will be preferred.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university
  • Relevant experience in Banking/NBFC sector as per post requirement
  • Computer training (for Clerk-cum-Cashier/Field Supervisor post)

Desirable:

  • MBA in Finance & Marketing (for Senior Clerk and Clerk-cum-Cashier/Field Supervisor posts)
  • Experience in achieving targets
  • Banking sector experience will be preferred

Experience:

  • Senior Accountant/Branch Manager: Minimum 7 years in Banking/NBFC
  • Junior Accountant/Assistant Branch Manager: Minimum 5 years in Banking/NBFC
  • Senior Clerk: Minimum 2 years in Banking/NBFC
  • Clerk-cum-Cashier/Field Supervisor: As applicable
