Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Data Entry Operator: Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer application from a recognized University with at least one (1) year of post-qualification work experience in clinical data management.
• Data Entry Operator Desirable: Candidates should have experience in handing large datasets and knowledge of MySQL, CSS, JavaScript.
• Project Research Scientist-II: Post-Graduation degree, including the integrated PG degree, in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university with atleast three (3) years of post-qualification experience of working in a research lab. OR Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university.
• Project Research Scientist-II Experience: Experience in mammalian cell culture, especially suspension culture, gene cloning and expression, protein purification, protein characterization, biochemical assays, ELISA.
• Senior Executive Assistant (Finance): B.Com. or equivalent degree from a recognized university with atleast four (4) years of post-qualification experience of working in a Finance & Accounts department of a reputed organization. The candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel) and the latest version of Tally ERP.
• Senior Executive Assistant (Finance) Desirable: Post-Graduate degree / diploma in Financial Management or equivalent.
• Quality Manager: Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized University with atleast three (3) years’ of post-qualification experience in the relevant field in a laboratory. OR Post-Graduation in Life Sciences with atleast eight (8) years’ of post-qualification experience in the relevant field in a laboratory. Note: The duration of the Ph.D. shall not be counted into experience where Post-Graduation is considered the minimum qualification.
• Quality Manager Desirable: Applicants with a strong background of hands-on data analysis from spectral data acquired on LCMS platforms will be preferred. At least one publication as first author in a scientific journal.
• Lab Technician: B.Sc. in any branch of Life Sciences or BMLT from a recognized University with atleast one (1) year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field in a laboratory. Note: The duration of higher qualifications i.e. Master’s shall not be counted into experience.
• Lab Technician Desirable: Experience in clinical research. Well versed in Good lab practice.

Salary/ Stipend

• Data Entry Operator: Rs. 45,000/-
• Project Research Scientist-II: Rs. 67,000/- plus HRA
• Senior Executive Assistant (Finance): Rs. 45,000/-
• Quality Manager: Rs. 80,000/-
• Lab Technician: Rs. 26,000/-

Age Limit

• Data Entry Operator: 35 years
• Project Research Scientist-II: 40 years
• Senior Executive Assistant (Finance): 35 years
• Quality Manager: 40 years
• Lab Technician: 50 years
• By five years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
• By three years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
• For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) falling under the following categories: (i) UR - ten years, ii) OBC - 13 years (iii) SC/ST - 15
• Age is relaxable for Central Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government, from time-to-time.
• Institute employees will get the age relaxation to the extent of the service rendered by them as on closing date of advertisement.
• For Ex-servicemen upto the extent of service rendered in defense forces (Army, Navy & Air force) plus 3 years provided they have put in a minimum of 6 months attested service.

• In case many candidates appear for the walk-in interview, screening will be done to limit the number of candidates to those possessing higher/relevant qualification and experience.

These are the short-term positions, and extension will be granted subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbents and tenure of the project for which they are selected. Those appointed to these positions will not have any claim for regularization of their employment. All educational, professional and technical qualifications should be from a recognized Board/University. The experience requirement specified above shall be the experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications specified for the post. The candidates are required to satisfy themselves, before applying /appearing for the selection process, that they possess the minimum eligibility criteria as laid down in the recruitment advertisement. No query will be entertained with regard to eligibility criteria. • For posts mentioned above, interested candidates fulfilling the criteria as mentioned above may walk-in for written test/skill test/interview at 9:00 am on the date mentioned against each positions at THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, 3rd Milestone, Faridabad-Gurugram Expressway, Faridabad – 121001.
• The candidates must bring their latest CV/resume, one set of photocopy of documents in support of their educational qualification and experience along with their originals and a valid ID card for verification.
• Candidates coming after the time slot mentioned will not be entertained.
• All the candidates coming for written test/skill test/interview at THSTI are mandatorily required to deposit their mobile phone along with valid Identity proof at the reception and the same will only be returned back on completion of the entire selection process.
