Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification
  • Case Worker: Graduation in Sociology/Social Science/Psychology and at least 3 years experience in law/social work in relevant fields related to women in government or semi-government project/program. Should be a resident of the local community for effective operation.
  • Multi Purpose Staff: Literate woman with knowledge/experience in the related field. Preference will be given to High School pass or equivalent qualification.
  • Security Guard: 8th pass from a recognized board and minimum 2 years experience as security personnel at district/state level in government or reputed organization. Preference to retired military/paramilitary personnel.
• Experience
  • Case Worker: At least 3 years in relevant fields.
  • Multi Purpose Staff: Knowledge/experience in the related field.
  • Security Guard: Minimum 2 years as security personnel.

Salary/ Stipend

• Case Worker: 18420/- per month (Level-6)
• Multi Purpose Staff: 11720/- per month (Level-01)
• Security Guard: 11360/- per month (Level-01)

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)

• Minimum age 21 years and maximum 35 years as on 01 January 2026.
• With relaxations as per state government instructions, maximum age limit will not exceed 45 years.

Selection Process

• Applications will be invited online based on the qualifications mentioned above.
• Merit will be prepared based on the marking system.
• In case of equal marks in the merit list, preference will be given based on seniority in age.
• Priority will be given to applications from surplus service providers of Sakhi One Stop Center whose services have been terminated or are under process, based on their qualification and experience.
• The committee will prepare the merit list based on the marking system as above and select accordingly.
• The selection committee will send the recommendation list for selection to the District Collector, and the District Collector will issue the appointment order.

General Information / Instructions

• Age verification/support will be based on birth certificate or mark sheet of class 6th or 10th where date of birth is mentioned. Original and self-attested copy mandatory at document verification.
• The candidate must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh. Residence certificate issued by competent authority will be valid.
• For reserved category, permanent caste certificate issued by competent authority must be attached.
• The selected candidate's educational documents will be sent for verification to the concerned board/university and experience to the concerned institution. If documents are found fake, criminal case will be registered and action taken as per rules.
• The selected candidate must undergo medical examination within 01 month after selection and submit fitness certificate. If found unfit, services will be terminated.
• Sakhi One Stop Center is extremely sensitive work, so selected candidate must undergo police background verification before appointment and submit the certificate at the time of joining. At the time of application, non-conviction certificate must also be submitted.
• The nature of work at Sakhi One Stop Center is sensitive and confidentiality of victims is legally very important. Selected candidate must maintain confidentiality of all work-related matters, victims/cases, and data, and submit an affidavit. On violation, services will be terminated.
• Any candidate who has married before the minimum age limit for marriage will not be eligible for appointment. In case of selection, the selected candidate must submit an affidavit notarized on Rs. 50/- stamp paper.
• A candidate who has married a person who already has a living spouse will not be eligible. In such cases, the government may decide otherwise if satisfied with sufficient reasons.
• Application form must be submitted online on the portal along with desired certificates, mark sheets, and other documents attested by gazetted officer or self.
• For experience, the candidate must attach full-time work experience certificate issued by the employer of the concerned institution, certified by gazetted officer.
• The decision of the appointing authority District Collector regarding validation of experience given in the application will be final.
• Any voluntary service certificate will not be considered as experience.
• Employees working in government/semi-government institutions must submit their application with no objection certificate from employer, otherwise application will not be considered.
• Incomplete, unclear, and erroneous application forms will not be notified separately to candidates and such applications will be rejected. Candidates without prescribed qualification please do not apply.
• Separate online applications must be submitted for each post.
• Applicants should self-check their eligibility and apply only if they meet the prescribed eligibility and conditions for the advertised post. If found ineligible at any stage of selection, the application can be canceled and candidature terminated.
• Service providers appointed on lump sum service fee under the scheme will be governed by Chhattisgarh Civil Services Conduct Rules 1965 and bound to follow them.
• Appointed service providers will be paid only lump sum service fee and no other salary allowances, gratuity will be payable.
• These service providers will be eligible for maternity leave facility. In special circumstances, if sent on travel or training, travel allowance will be payable as per rules after appropriate approval.
• The service fee of the above service providers is as per the limit and instructions set by Government of India and in future, if increased by Government of India, the service fee will be given accordingly.
• All posts under Sakhi One Stop Center will have District Collector as the appointing authority.
• The district level selection committee will carry out the recruitment process as per prescribed criteria for vacant posts at Sakhi One Stop Center and recommend to District Collector.
• The committee will determine transparent process for appointment/recruitment criteria (merit) and process, and invite applications through advertisement via online medium. Merit will be prepared based on marking system on received applications as per prescribed criteria.
• All these posts will be selected/appointed on lump sum service fee initially for a maximum period of 02 years, and thereafter, based on work performance, capacity, behavior, and department's need, and on recommendation of controlling officer, the suitability will be assessed and service period can be extended by 01 year each time by District Collector, otherwise on expiry of service period without extension, appointment will be considered automatically terminated.
• The appointment of selected service provider will be completely temporary and can be terminated without assigning any reason.
• During the work period, appointment can be terminated by either party by giving one month notice or one month salary in lieu thereof.
• The duration of these posts will be limited to the period of scheme operation by Government of India and thereafter posts will be abolished. After abolition of posts, the department will have no responsibility for the service providers working on these posts.
• The decision of District Collector regarding selection will be final and acceptable to all.
