- Qualification for District Mission Coordinator: Graduate Degree in Sociology/Life Science/Nutrition/Health Management/Social Work/Rural Management.
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree holders preferred.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in working with English language on computer.
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in government/semi-government institutions in related field; At least 3 years experience in women's issues.
- Qualification for Gender Specialist: Graduate Degree in Social Work/other social fields.
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree holders preferred.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in working with English language on computer.
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in government/semi-government institutions in gender related works; At least 3 years experience in women's issues.
- Good knowledge of computers including MS Office and computer typing.
- Must be resident of Chhattisgarh.
Salary/ Stipend
- District Mission Coordinator: Rs. 31,450/- per month.
- Gender Specialist: Rs. 25,780/- per month.
- Contractual fixed pay as per Mission Shakti guidelines, no additional allowances.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 years.
- Maximum Age: 35 years.
- Maximum age with relaxations: 45 years.

Selection Process
- Weightage on minimum educational qualification percentage: Maximum 60 marks (out of 100%).
- For each additional year of experience beyond minimum: 2 marks, maximum 18 marks.
- Bonus for Chhattisgarh residents: 2 marks.
- Merit list based on total 80 marks.
- Interview/Skill Test: 20 marks.
- In case of tie, seniority in age will be considered.
- Candidates shortlisted in 1:10 ratio for interview.
