- Qualification: The candidate must have passed Middle (8th) standard and should have knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi.
Salary/ Stipend
- Consolidated salary of ₹16,900/- per month.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 42 years.
- Age relaxation for reserved categories as per Haryana Government rules.

General Information / Instructions
- This appointment is temporary (ad-hoc) for six months or until regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier.
- The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased without prior notice.
- If a large number of applications are received, the office has the right to adopt suitable criteria for short-listing candidates.
- Candidates working in government/semi-government departments, corporations, or boards must send their applications through proper channel.
- The interview schedule will be uploaded on the official website https://sonepat.dcourts.gov.in/ and also displayed on the notice board of this office.
- All applicants are directed to check the website or visit the notice board for the interview program.
- No separate call letter will be issued to any candidate, and no TA/DA will be payable for attending the interview.
How to Apply
- Applications should be submitted on plain paper with full details such as post name, applicant's name, father's name, date of birth, educational qualification, gender, category under which applying, experience (if any), current postal address with contact number, permanent address, email (if any).
- A passport size self-attested recent photo must be affixed on the application form.
- Self-attested copies of all educational documents, category certificates, experience certificates, etc., must be attached.
- Candidates not attaching reserved category documents will be considered under general category.
- Incomplete applications or those without necessary documents will be summarily rejected.
- Applications can be submitted by post/courier or in person at the Office of District and Sessions Judge, Sonipat, during working days from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, up to 16 February 2026 by 5:00 PM.
- No application will be accepted after the specified date.
- The office will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of applications by post/courier department or any errors.
