Eligibility Criteria

Category-1 (16 Posts):

  • Any Graduation with background in Material Management
  • Master Degree/PGDM in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience: Master's degree holders
  • Minimum 5 years experience: Graduation holders
  • Experience in materials planning, inventory control, vendor management, supply chain management, logistics, procurement, stores organization, import clearance, transportation, insurance, taxation
  • Preference for Govt. procurement experience and GeM Portal familiarity

Category-2 (2 Posts):

  • B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical/Civil with background in Management
  • Master degree/PGDM in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience: Master's degree holders
  • Minimum 5 years experience: B.Tech/BE holders
  • Experience in purchase activities, bid hosting in GEM, vendor correspondence, tender preparation, technical/commercial evaluation, GST documentation, contractor verification
  • Preference for Govt. procurement experience and GeM Portal familiarity

Age Limit:

  • Upper age limit: 35 years (UR candidates)
  • Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST
  • PwBD candidates (40% disability+): Additional 10 years relaxation
  • J&K domicile (01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989): 5 years relaxation
  • Cut-off date for age calculation: Date of selection

Qualifying Marks:

  • Minimum 60% aggregate in primary qualification (Graduation/Post-Graduation)
  • Relaxed to 50% for SC/ST candidates (subject to reserved post availability)

Selection Process

Selection Criteria (Weightage):

  • A. Qualification: 20% of aggregate percentage in Graduation/Post-Graduation (Max 20 marks)
  • B. Relevant Experience: 30 marks (15 marks for initial 3 years, 5 marks for each additional year, max 30 marks)
  • C. Personal Interview: 50 marks

Selection Procedure:

  1. Registration and document verification
  2. Shortlisting of qualified candidates
  3. Personal Interview (50 marks)
  4. Final recommendation based on merit (A+B+C)

Important Notes:

  • Apprenticeship (max 1 year) is considered as experience
  • Academic/Internship/Project work NOT counted as experience
  • Cut-off date for experience: Date of selection
  • Interview may take considerable time - candidates should make own arrangements

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Consolidated Emoluments (Year-wise):

  • 1st Year: ₹40,000 per month
  • 2nd Year: ₹45,000 per month
  • 3rd Year: ₹50,000 per month
  • 4th Year: ₹55,000 per month

Additional Benefits:

  • Reimbursement of Medical Insurance premium
  • Company PF (Provident Fund)
  • TA/DA (while on official duty)
  • Paid Leave as per extant rules

Contract Period: Initial 1 year, extendable up to 4 years total (based on project requirements & satisfactory performance)

  • PwBD certificate (if applicable)
  • Discharge certificate (if Ex-serviceman)
  • J&K domicile certificate (if claiming age relaxation)
  • Government-issued identity proof (Aadhar, Passport, etc.)

  • Work experience without supporting documents will be excluded from calculation
