Eligibility Criteria
1. College Librarian (4 Posts)
- Master's Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science from a recognized university (at least 55% marks)
- Consistently good academic record with knowledge of library computerization
- Must have cleared UGC NET, CSIR, or UGC-accredited tests (SLET/SET), OR awarded Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations
- Desirable: M.A. in Sanskrit, Knowledge of Hindi/English, Knowledge of epigraphy or manuscripts
- Age: As per UGC norms
2. Section Officer (1 Post)
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognized institute/university
- 3 years experience as Assistant (Level 6) OR 8 years as UDC (Level 4) in Central/State Govt., University, PSU, or reputed private companies (min. annual turnover Rs. 200 crores)
- Proficiency in Computer Operation, noting, and drafting
- Age: 35 years
3. Assistant (15 Posts)
- Bachelor's Degree from recognized university/institution
- 3 years experience as UDC (Level 4) in Central/State Government, University, PSU, or reputed private companies (min. annual turnover Rs. 200 crores)
- Proficiency in Typing, Computer applications, noting, and drafting
- Age: 35 years
4. Professional Assistant (1 Post)
- Master's Degree in Library & Information Science with 2 years experience in University/Research establishment/Govt./PSU library, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Library/Library & Information Science with 3 years experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of Computer Applications
- Age: 35 years
5. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (6 Posts)
- Bachelor's Degree from recognized institute/university
- 2 years experience as Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in University/Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies or reputed private companies
- English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm
- Proficiency in Computer Operations
- Age: 32 years
6. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (16 Posts)
- Bachelor's Degree from recognized institute/university
- English Typing @ 35 wpm (10,500 KDPH average) OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm (9,000 KDPH average)

Important Instructions
- Dual Requirement: Both online submission AND hard copy must reach by specified deadlines. Applications failing either requirement will be rejected
- Multiple Applications: Candidates can apply for different post categories but only ONE per category per zone. Applying for same post in different zones is NOT allowed for same category
- Examination Centres: Available at Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai. Candidates may choose any centre regardless of zone applied
- Eligibility Date: Criteria reckoned as on 27-02-2026 (application closing date)
- Document Verification: Original certificates must be produced at the time of verification/interview
- Disqualification Grounds:

Zone-wise Recruitment Details
Candidates can apply in only ONE zone for each post category. However, candidates are free to choose different zones for different post categories. For example, a candidate can apply for LDC in Zone-1 and UDC in Zone-3, but cannot apply for LDC in both Zone-1 and Zone-3.
Zone Definition: Zones are designed for institutional stability and continuity. There is no domicile restriction—any candidate can apply to any zone. Selected candidates will be allotted to institutions within their chosen zone based on merit and preference.
