- Unit HR Support: Assist Unit HR Chief and work on day-to-day Unit HR Operations and Functions

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure Statutory and applicable labour law compliance with frequent liaison with Government Authorities
- Legal Matters: Handle all legal matters pertaining to the unit with frequent status updates to management
- Training & Development: Conduct and coordinate Training and Development Activities for employees
- GeM Portal Tenders: Handle tenders through GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal
