Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of the Centre by managing seminars, workshops, conferences/summits, research projects, case writing, and student project support.
- Maintain records, gather data, and prepare reports for the board, government, and external agencies.
- Prepare operating budgets, P & L statements, and annual reports for the advisory committee.
- Develop performance metrics and reporting mechanisms for Centre activities.
- Build and maintain links with alumni, industry, academic institutions, IT research centres, and think tanks to promote Centre initiatives.
- Create digital content and documentation; design and execute social and internet marketing programs for the Centre.
- Establish and manage relationships with firms for short-term student projects.
- Conduct and manage field studies and stakeholder interactions for data collection.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide managerial and execution support to the Centre Chairperson for collaborative arrangements and programmes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Centre Chair and IIMB management from time to time.
