Option 1: 12th Pass with DOEACC A Level Course
- 12th Standard (12th Pass) from a recognized board (Central/State).
- DOEACC "A" level course completion certificate.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in data entry or related IT work.
Option 2: Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Application (BCA) OR Bachelor of Information Technology (B.IT) OR B.Sc. Computer Science.
- Degree must be from a recognized University/Institute (UGC approved).
- Minimum 2 years work experience in data entry or related IT/computer work.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: Not above 28 years.
- Cut-off date: 13-02-2026 (application deadline).

Salary

Nature of Employment
- Type: Temporary / Project-based position.
- Initial tenure: 6 months from the date of joining.
- Extension: Can be extended on yearly basis depending on performance, project continuation and approval of Principal Investigator.

- Position will automatically terminate when the project ends.

- Project Title: ICMR - Young Diabetes Registry (YDR) & YDR Cohort - Phase-III.
- Project Sponsor: Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
- Department: Endocrinology, PGIMER Chandigarh.
- Principal Investigator: Dr. Sanjay Kumar Bhadada, Professor & Head of Department.
- The ICMR Young Diabetes Registry is a multi-centre research initiative to understand diabetes prevalence, risk factors and outcomes in young population in India.
- Phase-III focuses on longitudinal follow-up and data collection from registered participants.
Role of Data Entry Operator
- Data entry of research participant information into designated databases.
- Maintenance and regular updating of project database.
- Ensuring accuracy and quality of entered data.
- Handling follow-up data and maintaining records.
- Supporting the research team in all data-related activities as required.
