Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferably MBA-HR) with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in any discipline from a recognized Indian university, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience for Master’s Degree holders in organizing training, internships and placements.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders in organizing training, internships and placements.
- Experience in organizing training programmes (end-to-end process).
- Experience with internship and placement cell of an academic institute, placement consultancy or HR department of a corporate is preferred.
- Ability to develop sound, credible and reciprocal relations with national and international organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems including MS Office and Google tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in PR, liaison, relationship building and independent email drafting.
- Good knowledge of State Police Organization and capacity to provide academic and training inputs for university activities with State Police Organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of university information and comply with data protection legislation.
Salary/Stipend
- Monthly Remuneration (Consolidated): ₹ 45,000 per month.
- Position is purely contractual for a period of 364 days.
Selection Process
- Candidates may be shortlisted based on higher qualifications and experience than the minimum prescribed, if a large number of applications are received.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via registered email only for attending the selection process.
- Candidates must produce original documents for verification at or before the interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- The University reserves the right to revise, reschedule, cancel or suspend the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
