Primary Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of Career Development Cell
- Coordinate student training and placement activities
- Conduct workshops and seminars on career development
- Maintain records of placed students and statistics
- Interface with companies for recruitment drives
- Support student resume building and interview preparation
- Manage alumni network and engagement
- Update and manage CDC website and social media
- Organize recruitment fairs and campus drives
- Monitor placement statistics and report to management
