Eligibility Criteria 

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed a Master’s degree in Psychology with a minimum 3 years experience.

They should have prior experience in working with children and adolescents, school settings or in socio-emotional learning programs.

Candidates must possess good writing and communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi.

They should have proficiency in the use of computers for documentation, data analysis and use of virtual platforms for training.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Formal training as a supervisor.
• Experience in counseling and psychotherapy supervision of school counselors.
• Experience of program delivery and implementation in school settings.
• Prior experience working on government programs, particularly within Maharashtra.
• Candidates based in Nashik, Nagpur or Amravati districts of Maharashtra.
