Eligibility Criteria
- Manager: Graduate in Social Work / Psychology / Sociology
- Warden: Graduate in any subject
- Caretaker: Higher Secondary/10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board/educational institution
- Manager: Minimum 3 years of work experience in project/programs related to women in government/non-government/semi-government institutions, including supervision in working women's hostels.
- Warden: Preference will be given to applicants with work experience in the field of laws/policies/programs related to women.
- Caretaker: 2 years of work experience in supervising building caretakers and multi-purpose assistants or equivalent positions.

General Information / Instructions
- All employees at Sakhi Niwas will be women.
- The instructions issued by the Chhattisgarh Government's General Administration Department regarding age limit relaxation will be considered applicable.
- The educational qualifications of employees for the operation of Sakhi Niwas will not be relaxed under any circumstances.
- Prior to the appointment of employees on a contractual basis, character/other relevant verification by the police department is mandatory.
- Candidates participating in the skill test/walk-in interview will not be entitled to any travel allowance/other allowances.
- Employees appointed under the scheme on a lump-sum salary will be governed by the Chhattisgarh Civil Services Conduct Rules, 1965, and will be bound to comply with these rules.
