Qualification & Experience :Candidate should be an Associate/Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries with post qualification experience as Company Secretary of at least 3 years in a Public Limited Company of repute, preferably in a Finance Company. Age (as on 1.7.2010) : Maximum age limit 35 years pay Scale :Basic Pay Rs.18130-540(1)-18670-560(5)-21470 Application Fee :Application Fee of Rs.200/- (non-refundable) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of  LIC Pension Fund Ltd. payable at Mumbai.
