Educational Qualifications (Post-wise):

  • Contractual Staff Nurse (Urban):
    • The candidate has passed ANM course recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council
    • OR
    • Must have passed GNM course from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council
    • Should be proficient in Bengali and permanent resident of Cooch Behar
  • Medical Officer (UPHC & SC):
    • MBBS from institution recognized by the Medical Council of India with 1 year compulsory internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council
  • Principal Medical Officer (NUHM):
    • MBBS from institution recognized by the Medical Council of India with 1 year compulsory internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council
  • General Duty Medical Officer:
    • MBBS from institution recognized by the Medical Council of India with 1 year compulsory internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council
  • Multi Rehabilitation Worker (NPCDCS):
    • Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy with at least 2 yrs of working experience in a hospital

  • Ophthalmic (NPPCB-VI):
    • M.S / M.D. in Ophthalmology (MCI recognised) with at least 1 (one) year of experience and PG degree has been obtained
    • OR
    • D.O.M.S / D.O (MCI registered) with 2 years of experience and PG diploma has been obtained
    • Desirable Criteria: Trained in performing ECCE, PCIOL and SICS
    • Experience and ability to work at district level Hospital
  • Clinical Psychologist (NMHP):
    • Having a recognised qualification in Rehabilitation Psychology from an Institution approved and recognised by the Rehabilitation council of India established under Rehabilitation Council of India Act,1992
    • OR
    • Having a post graduate degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy degree in Medical and Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full time course of studies of a total duration of 3 years of clinical training from any University recognised by the University Grant Commission Act, 1956 and approved and recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India Act,1992
    • Minimum 1 years experience from any recognised institution
  • Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP):
    • B.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing / M.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing
  • Technical Supervisor (Blood Services):
    • Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biological Science before
