General Information / Instructions
- The honorarium mentioned is consolidated monthly honorarium, and no other allowances will be payable. Preference will be given to local candidates from Surgana and Sinnar talukas among qualified candidates based on educational qualifications.
- As per the Government Decision of the General Administration Department, Mantralaya Mumbai dated 25 April 2016, the candidate's minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age 45 years completed on the last date for application.
- The above posts are on consolidated honorarium, and they will be filled for a period of 06 months or less. If approval is not received earlier, the posts will be terminated at any time.
- The above-mentioned posts are not state government posts but purely contractual posts. There will be no claim or right regarding the rules, terms, and conditions as in government service, and government service rules do not apply to these posts.
- If approval for the said posts is not received from UNICEF, the candidate's service will be terminated immediately without any prior notice.
- The applicant should be physically and mentally capable for the concerned post, and no criminal offense should have been filed against the applicant.
- The applicant will not be able to demand a change of place according to their convenience during the contractual period.
- Applicants should accurately record their currently active mobile number and email ID on their application. They should also ensure that they remain in good condition until the recruitment process is completed.
- During the recruitment process, candidates will have to attend the interview at their own expense. No honorarium or travel expenses will be payable for such attendance.
- The application format is published on the website along with the advertisement. If the application is not as per the said format, the candidate's application will not be considered.
- If the candidate's application is incomplete or partially filled, or if the required documents are not attached, it will be rejected, and the entire responsibility will lie with the candidate; no complaint can be made regarding this.
- Along with the application in the prescribed format, attach self-attested photocopies of: 1) Email ID, proof of age 2) Degree/Diploma final year certificate (Note: Do not submit certificates of all years) 3) Marksheet 4) Experience certificate of work done in government/semi-government institutions. Keep original documents for verification.
- The date and time of the interview for eligible candidates will be informed via telephone and email.
- Selected candidates will have to submit an agreement on Rs.100/- bond paper stating that the terms and conditions are acceptable at the time of joining the post.
- Selected candidates must join at the place of appointment within 7 days from receiving the appointment order; otherwise, their appointment order will be revoked, and appointment will be given to the next candidates from the waiting list.
- The complete rights of the recruitment process, reducing/increasing posts, canceling the recruitment process, changing terms and conditions, changing the place of posting, making changes at any stage in the selection process, etc., are reserved with the Principal, Health and Family Welfare Training Center, Nashik.
