Eligibility Criteria

Technical Officer (UR-01)

• Essential Qualifications: BE/BTech/MSc/MCA with First class and 8 years of experience after UG degree in relevant area (Electronics and Communication Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or allied branches)
• OR: ME/MTech with First class and 5 years of experience after ME/MTech in relevant area

Technical Officer (Against Lien Vacancy) (UR-01)

• Essential Qualifications: BE/BTech/MSc/MCA with First class and 8 years of experience after UG degree in relevant area (Computer Science and Engineering or allied branches)
• OR: ME/MTech with First class and 5 years of experience after ME/MTech in relevant area
• Note: Lien period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027. Selected candidate has to vacate post if officer joins back or on completion of lien period

Assistant Registrar (UR-01)

• Essential Qualifications: Postgraduate degree with 55% marks or equivalent
• Desirable: Professional qualification in Management/Finance & Accounts, experience in handling Administrative/Legal/Finance/Stores & Purchase/Establishments matters

Junior Technical Superintendent (For CSE Department) (ST-01)

• Essential Qualifications: BE/BTech/MSc/MCA with First class and 5 years of experience after UG degree in relevant area (Computer Science and Engineering or allied branches)

Junior Technical Superintendent (For Mechanical Engineering) (OBC-01)

• Essential Qualifications: BE/BTech with First class in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience after UG degree

Junior Superintendent (UR-1 and OBC-NCL-01)

• Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 55% marks or equivalent and 6 years of experience in administration/accounts/academics/stores & purchase

Staff Nurse (EWS-01)

• Essential Qualifications: BSc from recognized university with First class in Nursing and 2 years of experience after BSc
• OR: 3 years Diploma with First Class in Nursing & Midwifery with 5 years of experience

Physical Training Instructor (UR-1)

• Essential Qualifications: Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) with First class and 3 years of experience after BPEd

Junior Technician (For Mechanical Engineering Department) (OBC-1)

• Essential Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering/Bachelor's degree or ITI with First Class and 2 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or allied branches

Junior Technician (For CSE Department) (UR-1, EWS-1)

• Essential Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering/Bachelor's degree or ITI with First Class and 2 years of experience in Computer Science and Engineering or allied branches

Junior Technician (For Computer Centre) (ST-1)

• Note: Candidate having strong knowledge of networking, hardware and system administration shall be given preference

Junior Technician (For ECE Department) (UR-1)

• Essential Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering/Bachelor's degree or ITI with First Class and 2 years of experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering or allied branches

Junior Assistant (OBC-NCL-1, UR-1)

• Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 55% marks or equivalent with Knowledge of Computer operations

Salary/Stipend

• Group A Posts (Technical Officer, Assistant Registrar): Level-10 as per 7th CPC (Pay Scale approximately ₹56,100 - ₹177,500 per month)
• Group B Posts (Junior Technical Superintendent, Junior Superintendent, Staff Nurse, Physical Training Instructor): Level-06 as per 7th CPC (Pay Scale approximately ₹35,400 - ₹112,400 per month)
• Group C Posts (Junior Technician, Junior Assistant): Level-03 as per 7th CPC (Pay Scale approximately ₹21,700 - ₹69,100 per month)
• Posts are permanent with probation period (except lien vacancy)
• Additional allowances and benefits as per institute norms

Age Limit (as on 24/01/2026)

• Group A Posts (Technical Officer, Assistant Registrar): Maximum 45 years
• Group B Posts (Junior Technical Superintendent, Junior Superintendent, Staff Nurse, Physical Training Instructor): Maximum 32 years
• Group C Posts (Junior Technician, Junior Assistant): Maximum 27 years
• Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL: Only in respect of vacancies reserved for them as per Government of India rules
• Age Relaxation for PWD/Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India norms
• For Regular Employees of IIITDM Kurnool: As per institute norms on last date of submission of online application
• Note: Only date of birth indicated in SSC/Secondary School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate will be accepted

Selection Process

• Selection process includes screening of applications based on eligibility criteria
• Minimum qualifying marks for Written/Interview/Skill tests will be as per standard fixed by Institute at its discretion
• Candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be called for selection test and/or interview
• Written/skill test/interview will be conducted at IIITDM Kurnool or Centre decided by Institute
• Mere eligibility will not vest any right on candidate for being called for selection test and/or interview
• Institute reserves right to restrict number of candidates for interview/selection test to reasonable limit based on qualifications and experience higher than prescribed
• Scheme of Selection and Syllabus will be notified on website of Institute
• Test/Interview schedule will be e-mailed to candidates in their registered email
• Selection information will also be provided through Institute website
• Candidates called for Selection Test/Skill Test/Interview must produce original documents supporting all particulars mentioned in application
• Final selection will be based on performance in selection process as determined by Institute
