Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Essential Qualifications: 1. Three Years Graduate degree in relevant subject / field + three Years post qualification experience or PG in relevant subject / field. Or 2. For Engineering / IT / CS - Four Years Graduate Degree.
Desirable Qualification: -Graduate or PG degree in Bio-Statistics/Statistics. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel will be preferred. -Proficient in any statistical Software like SPSS/ STATA/ R software/ JAMOVI etc. -Prior experience in data management and analysis of in a community-based project.
Salary/ Stipend
Rs 28000 + 20% HRA = Rs 33600/- per month (consolidated)

Maximum Age: 35 years
Age relaxation is admissible in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates, Retired government Employees, Departmental Candidates (including projects), and ex-servicemen in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time. Age relaxation to the extent of services rendered in the research projects will also be admissible for experienced and skilled persons.

Selection Process
Walk in written test and Interview by a competent selection panel.
The Walk written test and/or interview would be conducted in the subject areas of Research Methodology, Human Resources & Financial Management, and Social Science Research with a focus on Anemia, Biostatistics, and Data analysis.
General Information / Instructions
All the educational qualifications/certificates shall be from the recognized Board/University.
All the experience gained shall be preferably from the Govt. Organizations shall be counted after the date of completion of Minimum Essential Qualification. Experience from reputed national/international organizations will also be considered.
Experience shall be from the relevant field/area, as required for the study of the Project concerned.
Job Description: To provide assistance in conducting the project in the form of data collection in the study area, quality assurance, microplanning & supervision, taking qualitative interviews, training of field workers, procurement and maintenance of tools & equipment, meeting and liaising with government officials, financial record-keeping and designing study tools, determining sample size, data management including - data entry, cleaning, performing statistical analysis, interpretation of results, dissemination of results and other tasks assigned by PI.
The employee would need to have a valid driver's license for a two-wheeler & car for travel related to the project.
Time of Reporting: All the candidates should report at 9:30 am on 21 January 2026. No candidate will be entertained after 10:30 am.
Reporting Venue: Room No 26, Department of Community & Family Medicine, Second Floor, Medical College Building, AIIMS Bhopal.
Place of work: Sehore and Bhopal Districts of Madhya Pradesh
Tenure: 11 Months (May be extended up to 42 months subject to performance and further approval of the project duration by the funding agency)
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
