Eligibility Criteria
- For all positions, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria as on 01-01-2026 and must be willing to serve anywhere in India.
- Educational qualifications must be from colleges/universities recognized by Government of India/AICTE or approved by Government regulatory bodies.
- Post-qualification experience of less than six months in any organization as on 01-01-2026 shall not be considered for determining eligibility, except when such experience is part of the current employment.
- Experience in clerical cadre will not be considered for determining eligibility.
- Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate; in case of multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained.
- Candidates must maintain a minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining and should not have defaulted on repayment of loans or credit card dues.
- All eligibility documents regarding age, educational qualifications and work experience must be produced in original along with photocopies at the time of interview and/or subsequent stages.
Salary/Stipend
- Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market benchmark.
- Selected candidates will be governed by the service conditions as per the Bank’s extant policies/guidelines, including provisions related to probation, confirmation, resignation, disciplinary rules and execution of service bonds.
- The selected candidate will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and service conditions will be as per Bank’s policy as amended from time to time.

Selection Process
- The selection process may comprise Application Scrutiny, online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview of candidates.
- Psychometric test and/or Personal Interview will be conducted to assess personality, communication, clarity, problem-solving, innovativeness, efficiency, willingness to work anywhere in India and suitability for the post.
- Shortlisting of applications for interview or subsequent stages will be based on qualifications, relevant work experience, domain expertise, skill set, suitability and other criteria as decided by the Bank.
