Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

• RMNCH Counsellor (1 Post): Master's/Bachelor Degree in Social Work / Public Administration / Psychology / Sociology / Home Science / Hospital & Health Management. Age: Below 40 Years.
• Pharmacist (1 Post): A Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Must have registered with Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council and must keep the registration alive by renewing it regularly every year. Age: Below 40 Years.
• Health Inspector – Grade - II (1 Post): 12th with Biology / Botany and Zoology. Must have passed Tamil language as a subject in SSLC level. Must possess two years Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector Course training offered by recognized private institution / Trust / Universities / Deemed Universities including Gandhigram Rural Institute training course certificate granted by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine. Age: Below 40 Years.
• Staff Nurse (3 Posts): Candidates should possess a Diploma in GNM/B.Sc., (Nursing) from Government or Government approved Private Nursing colleges which are recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Age: Below 40 Years.
• MPHW - Multi Purpose Health Worker (2 Posts): 8th Pass. Age: Below 40 Years.
• Lab Technician (1 Post): Must have passed Plus-Two Examination. Must possess certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology Course (one year duration) undergone in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education. Must have good physique, good vision and capacity to do outdoor work. Age: Below 40 Years.

Essential Qualifications

• Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets must be submitted
• Tamil language proficiency required (for Health Inspector position - must have passed Tamil in SSLC level)
• Pharmacist must have valid Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council registration
• Staff Nurse qualification from Indian Nursing Council recognized institutions
• Lab Technician must have Medical Laboratory Technology Course certificate from institution recognized by Director of Medical Education
• All candidates must meet the prescribed age limit of 40 years

Desirable

• Prior work experience in relevant health sector positions will be an advantage
• Knowledge of local language (Tamil) preferred
• Good physique, good vision and capacity to do outdoor work (for Lab Technician)

Experience

• Previous experience in health sector or similar positions is desirable
• Experience certificates if any should be submitted with proper authority signature

Salary/Stipend

• RMNCH Counsellor: Rs. 18,000/- per month
• Staff Nurse: Rs. 18,000/- per month
• Pharmacist: Rs. 15,000/- per month
• Health Inspector – Grade - II: Rs. 14,000/- per month
• Lab Technician: Rs. 13,000/- per month
• MPHW (Multi Purpose Health Worker): Rs. 8,500/- per month
• All salaries are consolidated amounts paid on monthly basis
• Remuneration will be paid as per contractual employment terms

Age Limit (as on 09/01/2026)

• All Posts: Maximum age limit is 40 Years
• Age will be calculated as on the last date of application submission
• Age relaxation may be applicable as per government norms
