Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: For Regional Coordinator - Graduate from recognized university
- For Accounts cum MIS Assistant - Graduate in Commerce from recognized university
- Essential qualifications: One year diploma/certificate in computer from recognized institution/university; For Accounts cum MIS Assistant - One year diploma and tally certificate in computer
- Desirable: Knowledge of computer operations

Selection Process
- Merit based on weightage of marks in Graduation (35), 12th (20), 10th (20)
- Additional marks for experience beyond minimum: 02 per year max 10
- Marks for experience in Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission: 01 per year max 05
- Written/Skill Test (10 marks)
General Information/Instructions
- Applications will be accepted in the prescribed format in a sealed envelope from 05.02.2026 to 20.02.2026 during office hours only.
- All educational and experience related documents (self-attested) copies along with registered/speed post must be sent to Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Mahasamund-493445 by 20.02.2026.
- Applications received through any other means will not be accepted, and applications received after the date will not be considered.
- For more than one post, separate applications must be submitted. The envelope must clearly mention the applied post and category name.
- Two blank envelopes with Rs.5 postage stamp and self-address must be attached with each application.
- Age minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years. Relaxation in age limit as per General Administration Department instructions for Chhattisgarh residents and various categories.
- Age calculation based on 01 January, 2026.
- Permanent caste certificate issued by competent authority will be valid.
- Applicant must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh state. Self-attested copy of residence certificate issued by competent authority must be attached.
- Applicant's photo and self-attested photocopies of all listed certificates and documents must be attached.
- Experience certificate (related to the applied post's qualification) only from government/semi-government/government funded/government subsidized non-government institutions will be valid.
- Experience beyond described in the advertisement will not be accepted.
- At the time of application, the experience certificate must include the issuing institution's full address, office outward number, date, issuing officer's name, designation, contact phone number, and email.
- For non-government institution experience, continuous 6 months pay slip and certified bank statement must be submitted.
- If the number of applications is high, for skill test, 10 applicants per post will be called based on priority.
- Appointment to the highest scorer combining educational qualification, experience, and skill test marks.
- Waiting list for one year for lower scorers.
- If marks sheet has grades instead of percentage, average percentage of the grade will be given.
- In claims/objections after preliminary list publication, no new certificates will be accepted.
- Only clerical errors will be corrected in claims/objections.
- For equal marks, older candidate will be preferred.
- Employed applicants must submit through proper channel with no objection certificate.
- Applicants previously removed for indiscipline etc. from Chhattisgarh Livelihood Promotion Society or any government department are ineligible.
- Incomplete/unclear/erroneous applications will not be considered.
- Applicant who married before minimum age for marriage is ineligible.
- Appointee must submit medical fitness certificate from registered doctor.
- Candidate married to a person with living spouse is ineligible unless exempted by government.
- Number of posts is variable.
- If applicant attempts to influence the process, candidature can be canceled.
- Contract appointment for one year, extendable based on performance etc.
- General Administration Department memo dated 31 December 2012 conditions apply for contract appointment.
- Leave entitlement as per Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012.
- Governed by Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules 1965.
- Appointment can be terminated by either party with one month notice or one month salary.
- No pension, gratuity, or death benefits after service termination.
- Final decision on any dispute by Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Mahasamund.
