Experience Requirements
- Central Project Advisor: Minimum 15 years' experience in leadership roles in planning, management and implementation of technical education transformation projects at State/National/International level
- Consultant (Academic): Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in teaching/research/training/planning in Central/State Government University/Institutions
- Consultant (IT & Digitalization): Minimum 10 years' experience in IT development/Digitization/teaching/research in Central/State Government institutions
- Consultant (Monitoring & Evaluation): Minimum 10 years' experience in design, planning, training, monitoring & evaluation of large complex projects preferably in externally aided Projects
- Consultant (Procurement): Minimum 10 years' post qualification experience in procurement in Central/State Government organizations. Should be well versed with World Bank Procurement Guidelines and GFR 2017
- Consultant (Administration): Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in administration/establishment in Central/State Government institutions
- Consultant (Finance): Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in Financial Planning, Monitoring, Implementation and Management of large Projects. Should be well versed with GFR 2017
- Consultant (Safeguards): Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in social development/environmental risk management sector with in-depth knowledge related to externally funded projects
- Associate Consultants: Minimum 05 years' post-qualification experience in respective fields in Central/State Government University/Institutions
- Project Assistant: Minimum 05 years of experience working in Union Ministries/PSUs/Other Government organizations
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Minimum 05 years of experience working in Union Ministries/PSUs/Other Government organizations
