Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Post Graduates / Graduates with at least 55% marks from recognized University / College.
- Essential Qualification:
- Young Professional-II posts: Post Graduates with 1 year post-qualification experience in administration / administration/procurement from recognized research organization / institutes.
- Young Professional-I posts: Graduate with 1 year post-qualification experience in Administration / Accounts from recognized research organization / institutes.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Post-qualification experience in relevant field at government organizations.
- Strong writing skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in policy and communications, particularly in the health or research sector.
- Knowledge in IT applications, virtual meeting platforms, and computer, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (and Tally for some posts).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience as specified. Experience of internship / training will not be accounted for.
Salary/ Stipend
- Young Professional-II (Administration / Stores): Rs. 42,000/- (consolidated) per month without any other allowances.
- Young Professional-I (Accounts / Administration): Rs. 30,000/- (consolidated) per month without any other allowances.
Age Limit (as on 23 January 2026)
- Young Professional-II posts: Not exceeding 40 years on the last date.
- Young Professional-I posts: Not exceeding 35 years on the last date.
Important Dates
Selection Process
- If more than 30 candidates apply for each post, a Written Test will be conducted consisting of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) (1 mark each) related to the duties of the position.
- The final selection will be based on the combined marks of the Written Test and Personal Interview.
- If fewer than 30 candidates apply, selection will be based on Personal Interview only.
- The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in the Written Test (if conducted) and Personal Interview.
General Information / Instructions
- The engagement is purely on temporary contractual basis for initial 1 year, extendable up to maximum 3 years (1+1+1) based on requirement and satisfactory performance.
- No claim for regular appointment or extension beyond contractual period.
- No HRA, TA/DA for interview, or other allowances except consolidated remuneration.
- Selected candidates must join immediately/within one week.
- Leave: 08 days per year on pro-rata basis + 02 restricted holidays; maternity leave for female YPs as per rules; no paternity leave for males.
- Contract can be terminated with one month's notice or immediately in certain cases.
- Candidates in regular service under Central/State Govt/Autonomous/PSU are not eligible.
- Incomplete/late applications will not be considered.
