Eligibility Criteria
Head of Professional Development Centre:
- Essential qualifications: Graduate/CA/ CMA/ CFA and CAIIB
- Desirable: 2 years course in MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM (Banking & Finance) or equivalent qualification. Ph.D (Banking/ Finance related topic)
Assistant Director:
- Essential qualifications: Post Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Banking/ Finance or CA/CMA/CS
- Desirable: 2 years course in MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM (Banking & Finance) or equivalent qualification. Ph.D (Banking/ Finance related topic) CAIIB CFA
Faculty Member:
- Essential qualifications: Graduate / CA/ CMA/ CFA and CAIIB
- Desirable: 2 years course in MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM (Banking & Finance) or equivalent qualification. Ph.D (Banking/ Finance related topic)
Resident Engineer:
- Essential qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering /Architectural Engineering
- Essential experience: Should have held the position of Middle Management Grade and above in Public Sector Bank (scale II and above) / Public Sector undertaking. Minimum 20 years of experience Civil / Architectural Engineering
Faculty Member (on contract basis) Full time:
- Essential qualifications: Graduate/ CA/ CMA/ CFA and CAIIB
- Desirable: 2 years course in MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM (Banking & Finance) or equivalent qualification. Ph.D (Banking/ Finance related topic)
Salary/Stipend
- Head of Professional Development Centre: The monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,50,000/- per month, with an annual increment of Rs. 10,000/-, subject to deduction of applicable taxes at source.
- Assistant Director: Emoluments of Assistant Director cadre are presently in the scale (basic) of Rs. 85100-5100/14-156500.
- Faculty Member: The monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,25,000/- per month, with an annual increment of Rs. 8,000/-, subject to deduction of applicable taxes at source.
- Resident Engineer: Rs. 60,000/- per month (All inclusive. TDS as applicable)
- Faculty Member (on contract basis) Full time: The monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,25,000/-, with an annual increment of Rs. 8,000/-, subject to deduction of applicable taxes at source.
Age Limit (as on 01-11-2025)
- Minimum Age: 55 years
- Maximum Age: 62 years

Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for personal interview before the selection committee at the Institute’s Corporate office, Mumbai. Outstation candidates will be reimbursed with the Economy class airfare (to & fro). No other local conveyance will be reimbursed.
- Institute reserves the right to shortlist the candidates for personal interview, and its decision will be final in the matter.
- Institute reserves the right to cancel the process at any point of time without assigning any reason.
General Information/Instructions
- The term of contract will be for 3 (three) years. It is extendable for a further period of one year each time up to a maximum of 2 (two) years or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, depending upon the Institute’s requirement and satisfactory performance.
- The contract may be terminated with a notice period of one month from either side.
