- Essential Qualification: PhD in Environment Sciences/Engineering, Public Policy, Climate Studies, Urban Studies, Sustainability Science, Data analysis or closely related field.
- Required skill: Deep understanding of complex, interconnected issues, the frameworks, knowledge and the multi-disciplinary perspectives to determine better ways to govern, plan and design the cities of tomorrow.
- Required skill: Experience with at least one statistical analysis language required; Python strongly preferred.
