Eligibility Criteria
- Engineering or Commerce graduate with MBA or Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in any discipline from any Government recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in project procurement and contract management.
- Experience of procurement rules of the World Bank/Externally Aided Projects (EAP).
- Proven experience in preparing procurement plans, bid documents, evaluation reports and contracts as per Bank Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) and managing procurement processes.
- Thorough knowledge of procurement through Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and Assamtenders and ability to upload bids on these platforms.
- Thorough knowledge of General Financial Rules (GFR), Assam Public Procurement Act 2017, Assam Public Procurement Rules 2020, Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) guidelines and GeM procedures.
- Age between 18 and 45 years as on 01-01-2025, calculated based on Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by recognized Board/Council.
Salary/Stipend
- The Procurement Specialist will receive a monthly fixed remuneration in the range of Rs. 1,20,000/- to Rs. 1,50,000/-.
