- Assistant General Manager (PEM): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks and minimum 16 years’ experience in design and engineering for refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, fertilizer, chemical plants or ferrous/non‑ferrous metallurgical projects, including at least 5 years as Project/Interface/Engineering/Study Manager; 1–2 years construction site experience preferred.
- Senior Manager (PEM): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks and minimum 12 years’ similar experience, including at least 4 years as Project/Interface/Engineering/Study Manager; 1–2 years construction site experience preferred.
