Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline / M.Sc. (MLT) / PGDMLT / B.Sc. (MLT) / MBA / MHM / MHA
  • Desirable: MBA (Marketing) / Post Graduate Diploma (Marketing) / Experience in NABL documentation and having undergone at least one NABL audit

Experience:

  • For Senior Manager, 8 years experience in sales and marketing of FMCG/ Packaged Drinking Water / OTC / Personal Care / Health & Wellness Products etc.
  • For Manager, 4 year experience in sales and marketing of FMCG/ Packaged Drinking Water / OTC / Personal Care / Health & Wellness Products etc. For Assistant Manager, M.Sc. (MLT) / PGDMLT / B.Sc. (MLT) with a minimum of 1 years of post-qualification experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control functions, having worked as a Quality Technician / Quality Assurance Officer / Quality Manager in reputed diagnostic laboratories / imaging centres.
  • For Deputy Manager: M.Sc. (MLT) / PGDMLT / B.Sc. (MLT) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control functions, having worked as a Quality Technician / Quality Assurance Officer / Quality Manager in reputed diagnostic laboratories / imaging centres. For Assistant Manager, Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Business Development functions in the healthcare sector, preferably in reputed diagnostic laboratories / imaging centres. For Deputy Manager, Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Business Development functions in the healthcare sector, preferably in reputed diagnostic laboratories / imaging centres.

Salary/Stipend

  • Rs. 35000 – 65000/- (For Senior Manager) / Rs. 30000 – 50000/- (For Manager)
  • Rs. 20000 – 40000/- (for Assistant Manager) / Rs. 25000 – 45000/- (for Deputy Manager)

  • Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
  • The decision of Management regarding selection will be final.
