Eligibility Criteria
Medical Officer (02 posts): Essential: MBBS degree from recognized University; (2) One year experience in Hospital after completion of one-year internship. Desirable: A post graduate medical degree from a recognized University.
Physician: Essential: MD General Medicine from recognized University; (2) Post-qualification experience of three years in reputed hospital in the relevant field of specialization.
Anesthesiologist: Essential: MD Anaesthesia from recognized University with minimum three years’ experience; OR (2) Diploma in Anaesthesia with minimum five years’ experience.
Orthopaedician: Essential: MS Orthopaedics from recognized University with minimum three years’ experience; OR (2) Diploma in Orthopaedics with minimum five years’ experience.
Gynecologist: Essential: MD Obstetrics & Gynecology from recognized University with minimum three years’ experience; OR (2) Diploma in Gynecology with minimum five years’ experience.
Dietician: Essential: B.Sc./Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent qualification from recognized University/Institution.
Biomedical Engineer: Essential: As printed in the PDF: B.Sc./Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent qualification from recognized University/Institution (noted as such in the advertisement text).

Salary/Stipend
Medical Officers: Consolidated gross monthly remuneration up to Rs. 1,00,000/-.
Physician: Consolidated gross monthly remuneration up to Rs. 1,15,000/-.
Anesthesiologist: Consolidated gross monthly remuneration up to Rs. 1,15,000/-.
Orthopaedician: Consolidated gross monthly remuneration up to Rs. 1,15,000/-.
Gynecologist: Consolidated gross monthly remuneration up to Rs. 1,15,000/-.
Dietician: Consolidated gross monthly remuneration up to Rs. 60,000/-.
Biomedical Engineer: Consolidated gross monthly remuneration up to Rs. 60,000/-.
Remuneration is subject to tax deducted at source; no other financial benefits will be admissible, and monthly remuneration will be based on day-to-day attendance certified by Head of Department/Hospital-in-charge.
Age Limit
Minimum age: 25 years for all advertised posts.
Maximum age: 45 years for all advertised posts.
No age, qualification or experience relaxation will be provided to any candidate, except that age or experience norms may be relaxed for deserving candidates who: (1) Belong to local Project Affected Persons (PAP) families of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Project, (2) Have valid Jawaharlal Nehru Port PAP certificate in their own name issued by competent authority, and (3) Provide a self-declaration, subject to scrutiny, that is found correct. No relaxation is permitted in essential educational qualification criteria.

Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in one or more rounds of trade test and/or oral interview, experience, additional qualifications etc.
Selection of shortlisted candidates will be subject to verification of required documents in original as indicated in the advertisement.
Non-submission of requisite documents during verification will disqualify candidature from further participation; if documents do not meet prescribed criteria, candidature will not be considered further.
JNPA reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the selection process, by short-listing with reference to qualifications, age, relevant experience etc.

Along with application, details must be given in prescribed format, with self-attested photocopies of proof of age, qualifications, experience, training, caste, PWD certificate, Ex-Servicemen discharge book (as applicable) and a passport size photograph.
A valid local Jawaharlal Nehru Port Project Affected Persons candidate will be given preference in selection process, subject to fulfillment of essential criteria.
List of documents to attach and produce at verification includes: proof of date of birth; proof of nationality; mark-sheets and certificates of educational qualifications and other eligibility documents; experience certificates on company letterhead; APARs/experience/service certificates; disability certificate where applicable.
Applicants should be of sound health and meet medical standards; engagement is subject to fitness certificate/medical report from Government recognized reputed Hospital.
If at any stage it is found that a candidate does not fulfill eligibility criteria or has furnished incorrect/false information or suppressed material facts, candidature will be cancelled; if detected after joining, services are liable to be terminated and candidate debarred from future JNPA recruitments.
