Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) or B.Tech/BE Degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE)/Information Technology (IT)/related discipline from a recognised university/institution.
- Experience: Minimum 0-3 years post qualification relevant experience in full stack development with a portfolio of websites/web applications.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React.
- Back-end development experience using ASP.NET MVC & Web API, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Experience with API integration and databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with content management systems, website security, GIGW & WCAG compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and coordinate with internal teams.
Salary/ Stipend
- Lump sum monthly remuneration: Rs 70,000/-
- 10 percent increase on completion of each year in PNGRB.
- No other allowance on account of conveyance, telephone, etc. will be paid.
Age Limit (as on last date of receipt of application)
- Age shall be below 62 years.
- The Board may at its discretion relax the age of the applicant and age for retaining the individual Consultant.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates (if number of applications is more, based on criteria decided by competent authority).
- Interview (shortlisted candidates called for interview; original documents verified at the time of interview).
General Information / Instructions
- Applications without necessary supporting documents regarding qualification & experience will not be accepted.
- Incomplete applications without supporting documents and not in the prescribed proforma shall be summarily rejected.
- The term of engagement is initially for one year, extendable by another two years (one year at a time) at discretion of PNGRB.
- Probation period: Six months; confirmation based on performance.
- Leaves: 1.5 days per month, accumulable up to maximum 5 days; beyond that, fee reduced proportionately.
- No claim for permanent employment; engagement purely on contract basis.
- Confidentiality clause applies; violation may lead to termination and legal action.
- PNGRB reserves right to terminate consultancy at any time without reason or annul the selection process.
- Applicants must sign engagement letter and terms & conditions at joining.
