Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- Chief General Manager (Digital Transformation): Full-time First Class Degree in Engineering (Preferably Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication) from a recognized University/Institution. PG Degree/Diploma in Management/MBA will have added advantage.
- General Manager (Construction Equipment): Full-time First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Automobile from a recognized University/Institution. PG Degree/Diploma in Management/MBA will have added advantage.
- Deputy General Manager (Engine Assembly): First Class Degree in Mechanical/Thermal/Automobile Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Engineer/Assistant Manager (Tooling): First Class Degree in Tool Engineering OR First Class Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with M.E./M.Tech/Post Graduation in Tool Engineering or Tool, Die and Mold Design or Tool Design from recognized University/Institution.
- Assistant Manager (R&D Maritime): First Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Ocean Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Officer/Assistant Manager (Security): Graduate in any Discipline from a recognized university/institution with specified training qualifications from Defence Forces or Police/Intelligence training institutions or NCC-C Certificate with 2 years security experience.
- Assistant Manager/Manager (Raj Bhasha): First Class full-time Master's Degree in Hindi or its equivalent from any recognized university with English as a subject at the Degree Level. Preference will be given to those having Ph.D. in Hindi.
- Assistant Manager (Paediatrician): Degree in MBBS along with DCH/MD/DNB (Paediatrics) from MCI recognized Institute/College.
- Assistant Manager (General Physician): Degree in MBBS along with MD/DNB (General Medicine) from MCI recognized Institution/College.
- Officer (Medical): MBBS graduate from MCI recognized Institution/College.
- Consultant (Physician): MBBS graduate with MD/DNB (General Medicine) from MCI recognized Institution/College.
- Consultant (Dermatologist): MBBS graduate with MD/DNB/Diploma (Dermatology) from MCI recognized Institution/College.
- Consultant (ENT Surgeon): MBBS graduate with MS(ENT)/Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology from MCI recognized Institution/College.
- Consultant (General Surgeon): MBBS graduate with MS/DNB in General Surgery from MCI recognized Institution/College.
- Consultant (Radiologist): MBBS graduate with MD/DMRD in Radiology from MCI recognized Institution/College.
Essential Qualifications:
- First class is reckoned at 60% (as an aggregate of marks of all Semesters/years)
- Qualifying marks are relaxable by 5% for SC/ST & PwD candidates
- Candidates with CGPA/Credit have to mandatorily provide the conversion to percentage
Experience:
- Chief General Manager: Minimum 21 years of professional experience, out of which last 10 years must be in organization of repute handling IT projects & infrastructure requirements
- General Manager: Minimum 19 years of professional experience in manufacturing/marketing of construction equipment or heavy machinery industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deputy General Manager: Minimum 16 years of post qualification experience in Diesel Engine Assembly Area
- Engineer (Tooling): Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in Tool Engineering
- Assistant Manager (Tooling): Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in Tool Engineering
- Assistant Manager (Maritime): Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in Design of Ships/Submarines/Dredgers/Warships
- Officer (Security): Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience
- Assistant Manager (Security): Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience
- Assistant Manager (Raj Bhasha): Minimum 4 years of post qualification professional experience in terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work
- Manager (Raj Bhasha): Minimum 8 years of post qualification professional experience in terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work
- Assistant Manager (Paediatrician/General Physician): Fresher or Experienced personnel
- Officer (Medical): Minimum 2 years experience in General OPD or specialty OPDs

Desirable:
- Digital Transformation: Knowledge in implementation of AI/ML, IIoT, IR4.0 & S/4 HANA. Familiarity with Govt e-procurement, GEM and other platforms
- Engine Assembly: Knowledge and experience in Engine Component manufacturing, Engine testing, optimization, engineering materials & manufacturing processes
- Maritime: Proficiency in Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tool, specialized software like SIEMENS NX, ANSYS, ABAQUS, ALTAIR HYPERWORKS and other FEA tools, IMO conventions, SOLAS, MARPOL, classification society rules
- Raj Bhasha: Experience in translation of technical or scientific literature
Salary/Stipend
- Grade-II (Officer/Engineer): Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000 per month
- Grade-III (Assistant Manager): Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 per month
- Grade-III (Assistant Manager Medical): Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 per month
- Grade-IV (Manager): Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000 per month
- Grade-VII (Deputy General Manager): Rs. 90,000 – Rs. 2,40,000 per month
- Grade-VIII (General Manager): Rs. 1,00,000 – Rs. 2,60,000 per month
- Grade-IX (Chief General Manager): Rs. 1,20,000 – Rs. 2,80,000 per month
- Besides Basic Pay, candidates will be eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances (currently 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System), Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, PRP etc. as per the prevailing Company Rules
- The pay fixation will be guided by the extant rules of BEML Limited, applicable at the time of issuance of Offer of appointment
Age Limit (as on 31.12.2025)
- Grade-II (Officer/Engineer): Maximum 29 years
- Grade-III (Assistant Manager): Maximum 30 years
- Grade-III (Assistant Manager Medical): Maximum 30 years
- Grade-IV (Manager): Maximum 34 years
- Grade-VII (Deputy General Manager): Maximum 45 years
- Grade-VIII (General Manager): Maximum 48 years
- Grade-IX (Chief General Manager): Maximum 51 years
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates
- For PwD Candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by additional 10 years over and above the admissible age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL). Relaxation of age limit would be permissible to candidates with minimum 40% disability
- The upper age limit can be relaxed (for candidates under all category) subject to equivalent years of excess post qualification experience prescribed. However, the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years
- For Security positions (107/108), relaxation in age limit for Ex-servicemen will be extended as per rules. The upper age limit for ESMs with all relaxations shall not exceed 45 years as on 31.12.2025

Selection Process
- Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for assessment/interview
- Assessment will be conducted to evaluate technical competency and suitability for the position
- Selected candidates will undergo pre-employment medical examination
- Original document verification will be conducted
- Appointment is subject to meeting the medical standard of the Company and receipt of satisfactory medical report from the Company Medical Officer
- Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates and increase the qualifying percentage based on number of applications received

General Information/Instructions

- Private sector candidates applying for Chief General Manager and General Manager must be employed in a regular capacity where the annual turnover of the Company has to be Rs. 1000 crore or more
- Private sector candidates must be employed in a regular capacity and will be required to submit experience certificate on Company Letter Head at the time of interview
- Experienced candidates are required to provide details (a pen picture) of each experience in the Application Form
- Candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and that the particulars furnished are correct. In case of any incorrect/false information, candidature shall stand automatically cancelled
