  • Should be Minimum 03 years of experience in SAP PS and/or PP module configuration , Unit Testing , Bug Fixing and Integration Testing Extensive experience in the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process; including (but not limited to) Production Planning, Forecasting, purchase to Pay and Quality Management Should understand how PS/PP interfaces with other modules such as SD, QM, PM, FICO, and MM.   • Should be Minimum 03 years of experience in SAP Basis , Solman , GRC, and Security Installations. OS, Database and Application Installations Involved in Backup and Restoration Experience Perform all SAP Basis related activities including; SAP installations, maintenance and on-going support of multiple SAP landscapes. Handle the incident / service requests investigation, diagnosis and resolutions where possible. Monitoring the performance of SAP systems and takes steps to optimize their performance, such as implementing new hardware or reconfiguring existing systems. Responsible for managing user access to SAP systems, including setting up and maintaining user accounts, assigning roles and authorizations, and monitoring user activity. Responsible for managing and protecting sensitive data within SAP systems, including data backup and recovery procedures.   • Should be minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM Configuration on ECC environment. Implemented one end to end MM SAP Module implementation. Candidate should be conversant with other SAP Modules integrated with MM Conduct testing for changes, enhancements, and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes of SAP. Hands-on Configure and maintain such as Material Master, Vendor, in procurement, purchasing process encompassing PR, PO, RFQ & Contracts and maintenance, source list and info record.   • Should be Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PS, PP & QM configurations Extensive experience in the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process; including (but not limited to) Production Planning, Forecasting, purchase to Pay and Quality Management. Should understand how PS, PP and QM interfaces with other modules such as SD, PM, FICO, and MM. Should be able to design and configure Demand Management, MRP and Shop floor control process. Created inspection plan groups for the production line, created Group Counters and assigned materials to them. Configure settings for master data including Quality work centers, MIC, Sampling schema and Procedures, Task lists, Selected Sets, Inspection method, Codes and code groups, Inspection Lot creation and completion. Configure Quality side of the vendor evaluation. Updated the Quality Scores considering rejects through the notification generated for the inspection lots. Quality notification workflow in order to streamline the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management, by automatically notifying relevant quality, manufacturing, purchasing and engineering teams. Support Organization user for their SAP PP QM related quires and Conducted training sessions for core team members and developed comprehensive user training manuals. Candidate shall be required to work primarily in SAP Solution Architect level of Logistics and HCM and have knowledge to support all other SAP modules. Should have hand on Experience in preparing functional requirement specifications (FRSs) for ABAP team as per the business requirement. SAP Certification will be added advantage. Salary/ Stipend

  • ₹ 40,000/month for 1st year ₹ 45,000/month for 2nd year for Project Officer (SAP) on Contract
  • ₹ 1,25,000/month for SAP Specialist on Contract

Selection Process

  • Candidates will be allowed only after registration and followed by successful document verification. Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated based on Personal Interview and final recommendations shall be made as per the merit (A+B+C) through following criteria.
  • A. Qualification 20% of aggregate percentage in Graduation or Post Graduation
  • B. Relevant experience For ‘Project Officer (SAP) on Contract’ 30 (15 marks for initial 3 years exp. & 5 marks for each year max. up to 30 marks including initial one) For ‘SAP Specialist on Contract’ 30 (15 marks for initial 8 years’ experience & 5 marks for each extra year max. up to 30 marks including initial one)
  • C. Personal Interview 50
  • Experience from Academic Institutions / Colleges / Internship / Project work shall not be considered and the same will be excluded for the purpose of calculation of Post-Qualification experience.

General Information / Instructions

  • Alongside the mentioned consolidated emoluments, the selected candidate will be eligible for other benefits such as Reimbursement of premium paid towards Medical Insurance, Company PF, TA/DA (while on official duty) & Paid Leave as per extant rules.
  • Reservations & Relaxations for EWS/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PwD/Ex. SM will be as per Presidential directives. Relaxation of Marks: Aggregate percentage in Primary Qualification of 50% is relaxed to Pass Class for SC/ST candidates subject to availability of such reserved posts. Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST; Candidates belonging to PwBD category, having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 more years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above. Further, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989.
  • Cut-off date for calculation of age & post-qualification experience (and wherever applicable) is as on date of selection. Candidate should read the complete advertisement carefully and ensure that he / she has fulfilled the eligibility criteria of the post stated in the advertisement in all respects. And, candidate should apply for one category of post only, applying to multiple posts is not allowed.
  • Candidates should ready to work anywhere in India as per the need / organization requirements. It is mandatory to the candidates who are already working with any of the units of Electronics Corporation of India Limited (on rolls) to obtain a letter from the respective Head of the Division (HoD) seeking permission to attend the selection process and need to submit the letter at the time of document verification. Document verification & subsequent personal interviews may take considerable time. Hence, candidates are advised to come prepared and make their own arrangements for stay / accommodation, if any.
  • Registration at the venue will be from 09.00 hrs. to 11.30 hrs. Candidates are not allowed beyond the registration time under any circumstances. Company reserves the right to alter the no. of posts or cancel the whole process of recruitment without assigning any reason.
