Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: LLB Degree holder and enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council.
- Experience: 15 years of experience in legal/financial documentation/mortgage/guarantee/hypothecation/recovery suits/claims/SARFAESI Act/Debt Recovery Tribunal etc., and litigation in various courts/tribunals related to such matters, out of which minimum 5 years experience must be in Pay Matrix Level-12 or equivalent post as per 7th CPC.
- Preference: Experience in cooperative organization will be given preference.
Salary/ Stipend
- Pay Matrix Level-13 as per 7th Central Pay Commission (Pre-revised Pay Band-4: Rs.37400-67000/- with Grade Pay Rs.8700/-).
- In addition to salary, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Transport Allowance at Central Government rates are payable.
- Other benefits include New Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, Gratuity, Group Insurance, Medical Reimbursement, and Leave Travel Concession as per NCDC rules.
Age Limit (as on last date of application)
- 50 years.
- Relaxation in upper age limit for Physically Disabled / Ex-Servicemen / Regular NCDC employees as per Government of India norms / NCDC Recruitment Rules.

Selection Process
- In case of large number of applications, shortlisting may be done based on higher/desirable educational qualifications, higher experience, written test, etc.
- Recruitment test may be conducted (usually 75:25 ratio for written test and interview marks).
- NCDC reserves the right to modify the selection process if deemed appropriate.
