Eligibility Criteria
- Counsellor (NHM/AYUSH/XVFC): Graduation in Social Science, excellent interpersonal skills, office & computer proficiency, 2 years experience in health/social sector, fluency in local language. Preferential: Master degree in Social Science; 1 year counseling experience in Health Sector.
- Community Nurse (NMHP-NHM): GNM from institution recognized by Nursing Council of India/WB Nursing Council, 1 month training in psychiatric nursing.
- Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP-NHM): B.Sc/M.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing or DPN.
- TB Health Visitor (NTEP): Graduate in Science, 1 year experience as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker, computer certificate (min. 2 months). Preferential: MPW Training.
- Staff Nurse (XVFC UHWC/Polyclinic): GNM or B.Sc Nursing, WB Nursing Council registration, proficiency in local language, permanent WB resident.
- Community Health Assistant-Urban (Female): ANM or GNM (WB Nursing Council registration), proficiency in Bengali, female, permanent district resident.
- Coordinator Finance Logistics (NPNCD-NHM): Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com/MBA (Finance/Material Management), computer proficiency. Preferential: 3 years experience in accounting/finance/budgeting/reporting, health care finance/National Health Account experience.
- AYUSH Doctor (Ayurveda): BHMS from a recognized university. Preferential: Experience in public health programmes, Govt missions, computer skills, PG in Homoeopathy and health sector experience.
- Multipurpose Worker (AYUSH): Graduate in any discipline, 1 year Diploma in Computer including MS Office. Preferential: Experience/exposure to social sector or Govt missions.
- VBD Technical Supervisor (NVBDCP-NHM): Science Graduate (Biological Science) or Graduate with Bio Science in Class XI/XII, valid 2-wheeler license. Preferential: Health sector experience.
- Paediatrician (FRU-NHM): MBBS, PG Degree/Diploma (Paediatric Medicine), WBMC registration.
- Anaesthetist (FRU-NHM): MBBS, PG Degree/Diploma (Anaesthesia), WBMC registration.
- Medical Record Keeper (NMHP-NHM): Graduate in any discipline, health sector experience. Preferential: Computer Application/Finance Accounting course from Government/autonomous body.
- Psychiatric Social Worker (NMHP-NHM): MSW + M.Phil (2 years) in Psychiatric Social Work. Preferential: Relevant working experience in the field.
- Executive Assistant (RBSK): Graduate, 1 year Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access/Internet skills, min 3 years Govt/5 years Private experience in data recording/analysis, 30 wpm typing speed. Preferential: Experience in official correspondences.
- Dental Technician (NOHP): 10+2 (PCB), 2-year Diploma in Dental Technology, WB Dental Council registration, 1 year experience. Preferential: Higher qualification, experience in hospital.
- Medical Technologist (Optometry): 10+2 (PCB), 2-year Diploma/Bachelor in Optometry/Ophthalmic technique, WB Para Medical Council/recognized university. Preferential: Govt. experience after diploma, preference for working period in Govt jobs.

- Community Nurse (NMHP-NHM): Rs. 25,000/- per month
- Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP-NHM): Rs. 28,000/- per month
- TB Health Visitor (NTEP): Rs. 18,000/- per month
- Staff Nurse (XVFC UHWC/Polyclinic): Rs. 25,000/- per month
- Community Health Assistant-Urban (Female): Rs. 13,000/- per month
