Essential Qualifications

Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or in equivalent stream (from a reputed and Govt. recognized Institution)

Desirable Qualifications

M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or in equivalent stream (from a reputed and Govt. recognized Institution). Persons with additional qualifications, research and experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred.

Remuneration & Allowances

Consultant (Young Professional) - Rs. 70,000/- (initial).

  • Screening Committee to shortlist eligible applicants.
  • Selection Committee to recommend suitable candidates.
  • Selection based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
  • Validity period of panel is one year from finalization.

Important Requirements

  • Statement of Good Health from recognized physician required prior to appointment.
  • Police verification mandatory for all consultants.
  • Compliance with Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
  • No private assignments permitted during contract period.
  • Adherence to Official Secrets Act, 1923.
  • Annual Performance Review based on KPIs for continuation.
  • Up to 5% annual enhancement in remuneration based on exceptional performance.
  • Maximum remuneration cannot exceed 1.20 times initial remuneration.
