Eligibility Criteria

Cluster Programme Manager (CPM)

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Medical or allied Health Sciences or Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Social Science, Psychology, Applied Epidemiology, Demography, Statistics, or Population Sciences or similar fields.
• Experience: 3 years of work experience, out of which 2 years at supervisory level in State or District in any Health Programme.
• Skills: Programme Management Skills, good knowledge of computers, coordination and leading teams.
• Desirable: Familiar with organization and functions of State and local public health systems and State AIDS Control Societies, excellent written and verbal communication skills in local languages and English, strong analytical, advocacy and negotiation skills, willingness to travel extensively.

Clinical Services Officers (CSO)

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Medical or allied science or Masters degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Social Science, Psychology, Applied Epidemiology, Demography, Statistics, or Population Sciences.
• Experience: 3 years of work experience, out of which 2 years at supervisory level in State or District in any Health Program.
• Skills: Programme Management Skills, good knowledge of computers, capacity building and team management.
• Desirable: Familiar with organization and functions of State and local public health systems and State AIDS Control Societies, excellent written and verbal communication skills in local languages and English, strong analytical, advocacy and negotiation skills, willingness to travel extensively.

Data Monitoring and Documentation Officer (DMDO)

• Education: Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Social Science, Applied Epidemiology, Demography, Statistics, Bio Statistics, Population Sciences, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Experience: One year of experience in Health or Development Sector.
• Skills: Programme Management Skills, good knowledge of computers.
• Desirable: Familiar with organization and functions of State and local public health systems and State AIDS Control Societies, excellent written and verbal communication skills in local languages and English, strong analytical, advocacy and negotiation skills, willingness to travel extensively.

Cluster Prevention Officer (CPO)

• Education: Master degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or Management.
• Experience: 3 years of work experience, out of which 2 years at supervisory level in State or District in any Health Program.
• Skills: Well versed in Computer and Internet (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet etc.), strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Desirable: Familiar with organization and functions of State and local public health systems and State AIDS Control Societies, excellent written and verbal communication skills in local languages and English, knowledge of local language and English, previous experience in the State/UT, willingness to travel extensively.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of Haryana reservation policy
