Centre for Good Governance (CGG) Consultant (Law & Contracts) vacancies 2010 Ref: EMP/CGG/HR/2342 The Centre for Good Governance (CGG) is an autonomous society aiming to become a world class institution in Action Research` for Good Governance and Change Management for Governance Reforms.CGG is looking for highly qualified, dynamic, extremely bright and knowledgeable person for the following position Vacancy details: 1.Consultant (Law & Contracts) Qualification : Graduate Degree in LLB from a recognized University EXperiance: Minimum 15 years experience with a Graduation in law . The candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills. Sound experience with practicing law and in dealing with legal matters in, both, English and Hindi essential. Preference will be given to persons with Knowledge about / Understanding of law(s) governing contracts. Knowledge about the ‘Right to Information Act, 2005’ and its implementation regime will be an added advantage. Job profile: This is a full time position on a contract. The person would be assigned tasks on several projects being undertaken by / at CGG, Hyderabad. He / She would also be assigned tasks pertaining to management of contracts for the ‘Administration’ section of CGG, Hyderabad. Ability to work independently as well as with multi-disciplinary teams is important. salary: Candidate from reputed institutions and / or with relevant experience background need only apply.
