Full Time/Part Time Contractual Specialist Vacancies

Senior Resident (3 Years Residency Scheme) Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification for Full Time/Part Time Contractual Specialist: PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from Recognized University with 3 (Three) Years' experience after acquiring the PG Degree / or minimum of 5 (Five) Years' post diploma experience.
• Qualification for Accident & Emergency Department Specialist: MBBS degree, followed by a post graduate degree like an MD or MS in Emergency Medicine, or a similar specialty like Internal Medicine, Anesthesia or Surgery with 3 (Three) Years' experience after acquiring the PG Degree / or minimum of 5 (Five) Years' post diploma experience.
• Qualification for Senior Resident: PG Degree/Diploma from recognized university in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged.

Salary / Stipend

• Full Time Contractual Specialist (Junior): Monthly consolidated remuneration – Rs. 1,39,462/- + transport allowance with DA on TA as per rules.
• Full Time Contractual Specialist (Senior): Monthly consolidated remuneration – Rs. 1,62,328/- + transport allowance with DA on TA as per rules.
• Part Time Contractual Specialist: Rs. 60,000/- (16 hrs/week) + Rs. 15,000/- for emergency visit + Rs. 800/hr for additional hour beyond 16 hrs/week.
• Senior Resident: Rs. 67,700/- as per Level-11 of 7th CPC matrix + other allowances (reduced by Rs. 1,350/- for Diploma holder).

Age Limit (as on 21 January 2026)

• Full Time/Part Time Contractual Specialist: Not exceeding 67 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-serviceman as per rules).
• Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-serviceman as per rules).

Application Fee

• UR/OBC candidates: Rs. 300/- (Demand Draft in favour of "ESI FUND ACCOUNT NO. 1" payable at State Bank Of India Kanpur, UP).
• SC/ST candidates: Rs. 75/- (Demand Draft).
• PWD & Female candidates: Exempted from payment of fee.

• The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased as per requirement without any prior notice.
• No TA/DA will be admissible either for the Walk-in-interview or for joining the post.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to fill up all or not to fill up any post.
• Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of the service in the hospital and this recruitment is purely on contract basis only.
• Hostel accommodation/quarters/uniform will not be provided.
• The selected candidates will have to join within 07 days from the date of receipt of the Selection order.
• Candidates must be registered with Uttar Pradesh Medical Council or MCI before joining the post.
• Candidate seeking reservation benefits for SC/ST/OBC must ensure that they are entitled to such reservations as per eligibility prescribed in the Notice and be in possession of the required certificates.
